What is delivered
A listing package: your profile goes live with the features of the package you bought (verified badge, WhatsApp booking button, top placement on your specialty page, on all specialty pages, or on the homepage, depending on the package).
When it is delivered
- Existing profiles: features are switched on within 24 hours of confirmed payment, usually sooner.
- New profiles: the profile is reviewed first, then published within 24 hours of confirmed payment on working days.
- Payments confirmed on Friday or a public holiday are activated on the next working day.
Confirmation
You receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp with a link to your live profile and a private link for editing it yourself.
If something goes wrong
If your package is not active within 24 hours of confirmed payment, contact info@healthcarebd.com or 01794000169. If we cannot activate it, you receive a full refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
