These terms apply to everyone who uses HealthCareBD.com and to doctors and healthcare providers who buy a listing package from us. By using the site or subscribing to a package you accept these terms.
About the directory
HealthCareBD.com publishes information about doctors and healthcare providers in Bangladesh. We are a directory only. We do not provide medical treatment, do not employ the listed doctors, and are not a party to any consultation, appointment or treatment between a patient and a doctor.
Accuracy of information
Listing information is collected from public sources, hospital websites and from the doctors themselves. We check listings before they go live and correct errors when they are reported, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current. Always confirm chamber timing and fees with the chamber before visiting. If you find something wrong, email info@healthcarebd.com and we will fix or remove it.
Listing packages
Doctors and healthcare providers may buy a paid listing package. Packages are advertising placements: they improve visibility on the site and unlock features such as a verified badge and a WhatsApp booking button. Buying a package does not imply any endorsement of the doctor’s medical competence by HealthCareBD.com.
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are billed monthly in advance. A package runs for the period paid for and does not renew automatically unless you ask us to renew it. We may change prices for future periods with notice; a period already paid for is not affected.
Content you provide
You confirm that the information you submit is correct, that it is about you or about a practice you are authorised to represent, and that you hold any BMDC registration you state. We may edit listings for formatting, and we may remove a listing that is false, misleading, contains unverifiable medical claims, or breaks Bangladeshi law. In those cases no refund is due.
No medical advice
Nothing on HealthCareBD.com is medical advice. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call an emergency service.
Liability
We provide the site as it is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to a subscriber for any claim is limited to the amount that subscriber paid us in the three months before the claim.
